Great hotel for families with lots of actiivities (some free). Possibility to buy all inclusive for one day per person and very good food. Close to beaches and the shopping street begins right outside the hotel. Newly renovated rooms and the suites are perfect for big families. Pool area is nice. Great place.

The room was very spacious and confortable with living room, two bathrooms (one with jacuzzi), bog bedroom and balcony. Breakfast was reasonably generous. Staff was helpful and friendly. it's located close to the beach and shops. Great value for money.
You need to pay for the internet and the deposit box (not in the room) and there were no coffee making facilities in the room.Airconditioning did not work in our room at first so we were offered another room the next day.

The location is subpar, being a bit of a hike to the beach, unexceptable for a resort. The pool was freezing, yet not one staff member ensured my comfort. Being a guest like me, i expected at least a complimentary beverage for these horrors. It was an absoluteley lovely disappointment. I almost thought of leaving a good review, but just couldn't.

This was my third stay at the Mistral Hotel in the last 3 months and I have to say for each stay the standard of service and quality of accommodation has been excellent. The rooms have recently been refurbished to a high standard and kept very clean. The pool area is lovely and lots of sunbeds and unbrellas. The staff are helpful. The food is provided on a buffet style and is great if you love salads but a bit limited when it comes to meat dishes. Also very few English guests so an ideal place to have a complete break. I really do recommend this hotel as providing excellent value and a 3+ star service.

private beach proximity, clean and well-maintained facilities, access to local shops
The gym needs more equipment!!! The Kids' Club activities are too young for older children, limiting engagement options!!! A proper Smart TV would be beneficial for indoor entertainment when the weather changes!!!

They were very welcoming and even though I arrived at 10pm they provided some bread, ham and cheese at no charge and without me even asking for it. The breakfast was excellent and the pool facilities very good. It's very centrally located but still quiet.

Really good staff made our stay special
Friendly staff welcomed us with Greek sandwiches and a quick check-in. The spacious family room had beautiful garden views. Every meal brought something new, from fresh vegetables to good desserts. The atmosphere around the pool was lively yet relaxing, offering plenty of sunbeds and a thoughtful lifeguard ensuring guest safety.
It felt a bit worn out, affecting our sleep quality. The kids' club activities seemed a bit too young for our 9 and 11-year-olds, which left us searching for engaging options for their age. Finally, the outdoor seating lacked privacy, with passing guests occasionally interrupting our relaxation.

Modern and relaxing hotel with stunningly beautiful view of the sea. New-fashioned, huge rooms and very good amenities. Marvellous breakfast, amazing location so close to a nice beach. Also - so close to the clinic and THE CENTER of the shopping area.
No swimming pool at all.

Great Family Experience with Room for Improvement
Staff were accommodating, assisting us with our needs. The kids' club activities seemed too young for my 9 and 11-year-olds. Future guests might appreciate a non-smoking area for more privacy.

The hotel felt more than a 3 star hotel. Excellent rooms, a delightful pool and very helpful staff. The room, furniture and bathroom were had recently been refurbished so everything was like new including the fidge and air conditionning. The swimming pool, pool bar and sun beds were clean and tidy and lots of them.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They even assisted me in retrieving my lost phone from a local bus. The food offered was diverse and fresh, and I particularly enjoyed the unique gyros at the poolside bar. The garden-view room was quite spacious.
The resort lacks direct beach access, requiring a 5-minute walk and a fee for beach amenities.
